F.Dropped in on spur of the moment to have a deep tissue massage to treat remedial areas of my back and shoulders. Was awesome considering the limited time I had available...really got into various trigger points to relieve pain and tension. Definitely recommend!
M.My back is getting much better after being the treatments with John for a while, who does good communication, always explaining what I ask. I am so pleased the proces what John provides. Especially today I tried acupotomy, curative effect comes straightaway.
Clean and tidy clinic, would highly recommended.
P.Would highly recommend - I had a phenomenal dep tissue massage with Vandana, who was lovely, attentive and professional. Clinic was clean and ambient, pressure was perfect and I was left feeling like I could float away on clouds.

T.I have my sore neck,shoulder &back for 2 weeks i went to 2 different places for a massage but it didn't help.Last week I went to Elemental therapies for a massage+acupuncture +cupping with John..The way he massage my neck (the most painful part) its absolutely amazing! To be honest I woke up next morning no more neck pain! John is brilliant he was the one who help me out from this horrible pain that I've been suffering for 2 weeks. Elemental therapies my Best place.

R.Having 2 degenerative discs in my lower back and undergone many sessions in the past of acupuncture and deep tissue massages, this is one of my best experiences. I had John do the acupuncture, cupping and massage yesterday and today I have full mobility with no nerve impingement which was the opposite of yesterday morning. Put your trust in them and let them help you and you won't regret it. It was great they always inform you of what they are doing at each step, such good communication! I will be back guys thank you :-)
A.Excellent massage focusing on the areas of concern. Only thing lacking was ambience, no background music and can hear people coming and going up and down the stairs.
C.Staff are lovely, and the therapist was really careful to establish my needs. The massage itself was excellent - a wonderful deep massage. Painful, stiff neck, shoulders and arms feeling much better now. Was given good advice on how to minimise the problem.

The extended and weekend hours are so convenient, as well as the option to drop in. While everyone I've interacted with has been great, Ritchie really goes the extra mile and understand the impact of stress and chronic pain on the body.
A.I booked a relaxing massage and was sore for 2 days.Massage too deep for me and the therapist did not respond to my requests to go softer. Needs to have music playing and a bit more finesse with the surroundings. Also no attempt to get oil off at the end except a wipe with the towel covering you. Needs hot towels to remove as you go home oily.
C.After I had to cancel out of my earlier appointment they made it possible to get me in later that day for a 90min deep tissue. Excellent communication and focus on what I wanted/needed. Absolutely amazing and I definitely will book again, if I get to Chrch again! Cant recommend enough!
C.Such a friendly and professional group, I get a choice of the type of massage (relaxation, deep tissue, sports etc) and will let them know if there are any specific areas that need extra attention. I've recently sprained my back, and after an hour session the muscles feel more relaxed and less painful.
F.After a severe ski accident almost a year ago, I have seen many health practioners, but only Dora was able to help me out with my neck/back/sciatic issues. Currently, I am still seeing her and I have noticed a big difference from I first started. It is not a quick fix, but for sure it helps me a lot. She is doing all she can to help me out to gain a pain free life. I am very grateful.

R.I have to say Dora is incredible at what she does. I got a very bad back sprain and went to see her for a few times. She fixed my back pain in a few sessions. PS: The deep tissue massage therapy they provide is great as well. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who wants to get pain relief.

Dora knew exactly what to do and sorted it out very quickly with a mix of various traditional Chinese medicine treatments. She is the real deal. If you are wondering, stop wondering. Just go. You will be in good hands.
