Acupuncture Treatment I would highly recommend Dr Heiko. I have found the sessions to be very helpful, for treating pain, insomnia, stress... He gets to the heart of the issues and you don't feel pressured to keep attending but the benefits bring you back. Thank you.

After having complications from a inguinal hernia repair, I received help from a pain specialist via surgery and taking pain killers everyday. Since I have started seeing Heiko, I have not been back to see the surgeon and only occasionally take medication. I initially went to see Heiko to keep my wife happy, but now I am so glad I had. Acupuncture has definitely improved my life!

I have been Heiko's client for many years in Sydney, Australia, suffering from severe Rheumatoid Arthritis. With formidable skill, experience and intuition, Heiko kept me chemical-free for the whole time I lived there. He used Acupuncture, Chinese herbs as well as Moksha-Therapy, and adjusted my treatment frequently to counteract any fluctuations and flare-ups of the condition. Thanks to his care, I enjoyed an active life and an almost pain-free body. I highly recommend him as a trustworthy, warm hearted, incredibly knowledgeable Professional.

Heiko has treated me many times over the years when conventional medicine could not and improved my life greatly. As a woman he has managed my health and wellbeing from having young children through the peri and menopause years. I highly recommend his acupuncture and Chinese medicine knowledge and skills. Having reaped the benefits of acupuncture in Auckland following a repeat health hiccup, I was anxious to continue on my return to HB. My very well regarded Chinese Auckland based Acupuncturist was insistent on helping me select who that would be, as in his opinion there's a big difference between them. Heiko was top of his list and his judgement was right. My health is something I have to work at and I feel Heiko's input has been and continues to be invaluable - his herbs too! For me it's two fold - specifics on occasions and WOF in between.

Heiko, has been treating me, mainly for an arthritic knee, for the past 18 months. My alternative was to wait possibly years, until the pain was significantly worse, so I could become eligible for surgery. Though the worst was resolved within the first maybe 6 months, I elected for a 'maintenance program', visiting only once a month, and now think surgery may never be required. For the past 2 years i have barely been getting 4 hrs sleep per night and was becoming increasingly worried about the long term effects of sleep deprivation. I had tried most natural remedies including meditation but to no improvement, and prescription medicine was not a path i wanted to go down. Gradually through Acupuncture, my sleeping pattern is improving. I fall asleep within a short time of putting my head on the pillow and resume sleep if woken early hours of the morning. My Acupuncture is accompanied by Chinese Herbs, which has given me an incredible amount of energy. I feel fantastic for my age. I travel 2 hrs to Hastings for my treatment and 2 hrs home again, the time involved is certainly worth it. Heiko did an amazing job healing my Tennis Elbow. I had been taking pain killers for a while which was giving some relief however, the acupuncture has completely healed this now.

I have had two injuries, one was tennis elbow and the other a torn ligament in my left thumb. I started out getting physiotherapy and found although the physio was working it was very slow. On both occasions I then underwent acupuncture and had a very positive improvement in a fairly short space of time and within 6 to 8 sessions the injuries had healed completely.

I have noticed after each session with Heiko my glucose readings that evening are always around 6.8. which is great for this diabetic.
