I have was lucky enough to find Zohar's card one day. I decided to give it one more go in hope she might help ease my pain. I have struggled with pain and many health issues most of my life. I've seen many doctors and other alternative health professionals and never found any relief. Zohar helped me with my eye which was very painful. The eye clinic called it dot map dystrophy and gave me an eye moisturiser to use at night. It was okay but I still had days where my eye felt like sandpaper when I closed it. Just think red and weepy. I started to use a walking stick because I lost confidence with judging my step when outside. Zohar worked with my eye and gave me some advice on how to stimulate the nerves around the eye. Although I still open my eyes cautiously in the morning, I am really happy to report I have relegated my eye ointment to a drawer and put away my walking stick. I feel a lot more confident and no pain. She is also working with my knee which the doctor said has a torn meniscus and osteoarthritis. So now Ive put away the ibuprofen. Woop woop!

Zohar is a highly attuned practitioner of acupuncture and her professional manner is felt and experienced instantly and consistently throughout her sessions. I was fortunate to have had some online zoom sessions during the Covid 19 in which she helped me with accessing some 'stuck' energy within my energy centres and using techniques such as meditations, pressure points and visualisations/mantras, i felt that i shifted this energy with her guidance. Zohar is such a lovey caring soul! I reached out to Zohar when I was 28 weeks pregnant, I had tried everything to get rid of the pain in my legs, I couldn’t sleep and could hardly manage working. After suffering a sporting injury and being treated with traditional Western techniques and medicine with little to no effect for about five months, I was referred to Zohar. I had never been treated with Eastern medicine before and was a little sceptical but, after just my first treatment, I could at last see a light at the end of my recovery tunnel. Zohar treated me with acupuncture, massage, cupping and essential oils. Now, after five further treatments I have recovered enough to start playing my sport again. Zohar has a wonderful calming, caring nature, is very professional and works out of a spacious, comfortable and relaxing clinic. My story, . After a workplace incident. 2 A&E visits, multiple Doctors visits, X-ray & an MRI. My Doctor referred me to surgeon and an Osteopath saying that I had Sciatica. Multiple visits to the Osteopath and no true results, he referred me to Zohar. On my first visit with Zohar, she halved my need for pain relief, by the third visit I didn't need any of the pain Meds and was exercising lightly. Next was a visit to the surgeon he said my back was getting better and to keep doing what I was doing so we did. I'm now mountain biking every second day and at the gym every other.
