Zohar helped me through the end of my very late pregnancy. Her work is so much more than just acupuncture. I felt listened to, supported and healed through her treatments, and had an excellent birth in the end. Her empathy and ability to understand are unparalleled, as well as her ability to heal. I absolutely recommend her services to anyone.

Zohar has a gentle, insightful approach to healing. Her calm nature puts you at ease quickly and the environment she has created allows you to relax into your treatment. Zohar is skilled in a variety of techniques and is able to adapt them according to the needs of the person in front of her. These practical skills are amplified by her strong integrity, wisdom and passion for healing. I'm incredibly grateful to have found Zohar. I have been coming to Zohar since June 2021 nearly every week. I absolutely love coming to Zohar's clinic, she is so welcoming and listens to everything I have to say with empathy. I highly recommend Zohar - Initially I saw Zohar for treatment of debilitating pain and symptoms of a long-term illness. I have not only seen huge improvements in the levels of pain I experience, but the unexpected benefits of Zohar's holistic treatment has been invaluable. I had never slept well before seeing Zohar, but within a couple of weeks of treatment my sleep improved, my sense of wellbeing has improved and I have an overall sense of calm and improved self-care. I value the quiet wisdom that Zohar imparts and her gentle way of supporting and challenging me on my health journey.

Reached out to Zohar about 38weeks pregnant. Zohar goes above & beyond to provide the best care, full wellbeing check before starting anything - I wasn't prepared for but it reflecting back on it was exactly what was needed & I'm thankful for. Zohar even provided a session where my partner came & we discussed birth goals, she then taught him acupressure spots to use leading into & during labour. We took these home & used them in both situations. Was a fantastic way for us to connect during the process too. This was something I didn't know was offered - fully recommend it for anyone expecting and the birth support. I have was lucky enough to find Zohar's card one day. I decided to give it one more go in hope she might help ease my pain. I have struggled with pain and many health issues most of my life. I've seen many doctors and other alternative health professionals and never found any relief. When i met her i was very nervous to let her touch me as any touch would usually have me in tears instantly (due to pain & trauma). She is so good at making you feel safe. I have been seeing her over for a couple of years, and i am a new person! Not only do i have less pain she has taught me how to regulate my emotions that also trigger my pain, i am able to sleep, use more energy and have a much more positive outlook on life. Basically i have my life back! No words can describe how beneficial her treatment has been for me. I have no doubt that if you ever end up in her beautiful therapy rooms you will come out feeling amazing and wanting more healing.. :-)

I found Zohar at a time that I was both physically and emotionally exhausted. She calmly listened to me and understood. Zohar then began to gently put me back together again. There were no miracle drugs or quick fixes but there were wise words, acupuncture, massage and most of all peaceful, nurturing care for which I am so very grateful.

Zohar has had an amazing positive impact on my physical and mental health and wellbeing over the last few months. The holistic treatments leave me feeling so relaxed, that I have fallen asleep during treatment a couple of times.... A caring, empathetic and knowledgeable professional practitioner would be hard to find, I feel so blessed to have found her.

Zohar helped me with my eye which was very painful. The eye clinic called it dot map dystrophy and gave me an eye moisturiser to use at night. It was okay but I still had days where my eye felt like sandpaper when I closed it. Just think red and weepy. I started to use a walking stick because I lost confidence with judging my step when outside. Zohar worked with my eye and gave me some advice on how to stimulate the nerves around the eye. Although I still open my eyes cautiously in the morning, I am really happy to report I have relegated my eye ointment to a drawer and put away my walking stick. I feel a lot more confident and no pain. She is also working with my knee which the doctor said has a torn meniscus and osteoarthritis. So now Ive put away the ibuprofen. Woop woop!

Zohar has helped me with my ailments as well and by whole well being. She has helped me grow and see things clearer. Her approach is always holistic, and she understands your needs even before you do. My journey with her has been a wonderful one. She is so kind and understanding, accommodating and professional. I’ve been treated mainly with Acupuncture but also with special use of oils to aid my healing and massage.

Zohar is a extremely lovely person. She has helped me through acupuncture and a variety of treatments with issues surrounding mental health and well-being. Zohar is a highly attuned practitioner of acupuncture and her professional manner is felt and experienced instantly and consistently throughout her sessions. I was fortunate to have had some online zoom sessions during the Covid 19 in which she helped me with accessing some 'stuck' energy within my energy centres and using techniques such as meditations, pressure points and visualisations/mantras, i felt that i shifted this energy with her guidance. Zohar is such a lovey caring soul! I reached out to Zohar when I was 28 weeks pregnant, I had tried everything to get rid of the pain in my legs, I couldn’t sleep and could hardly manage working. One session with Zohar and the pain was pretty much gone. I continued to see her during my pregnancy right up to 2 days before delivery, I had such a different birth this time round and I truly believe it was due to Zohar’s support and amazing accupunture. Zohar is just amazing at what she does. I have phobia of needles so when i walked into her clinic for acupuncture i was bit reluctant at first but she was amazing and put me to ease straight away with her professionalism and care. After suffering a sporting injury and being treated with traditional Western techniques and medicine with little to no effect for about five months, I was referred to Zohar. I had never been treated with Eastern medicine before and was a little sceptical but, after just my first treatment, I could at last see a light at the end of my recovery tunnel. Zohar treated me with acupuncture, massage, cupping and essential oils. Now, after five further treatments I have recovered enough to start playing my sport again. Zohar has a wonderful calming, caring nature, is very professional and works out of a spacious, comfortable and relaxing clinic. Before starting treatment, Zohar took the time to thoroughly investigate my condition then explained to me how she intended to treat me and how many sessions I would require. I have no doubt that she knows her stuff when it comes to healing; the next time I suffer an injury, I will be contacting Zohar straight away.

I received acupuncture for fertility after trying to conceive for over a year and fell pregnant after the the first round. I then continued acupuncture throughout the first trimester which always made me feel less nauseous and more energised after each session. I had an acupuncture treatment with Zohar Shtepel in July 2019 at Kathmandu. This is my first-time trying acupuncture so I don't have a comparative experience but I loved it. For those worried about pain, in some places you cannot really feel the needle at all and other areas it is just a small pinch. Zohar is very friendly, kind and truly concerned with well-being of her patient!

My story, . After a workplace incident. 2 A&E visits, multiple Doctors visits, X-ray & an MRI. My Doctor referred me to surgeon and an Osteopath saying that I had Sciatica. Multiple visits to the Osteopath and no true results, he referred me to Zohar. On my first visit with Zohar, she halved my need for pain relief, by the third visit I didn't need any of the pain Meds and was exercising lightly. Next was a visit to the surgeon he said my back was getting better and to keep doing what I was doing so we did. I'm now mountain biking every second day and at the gym every other. I understand Acupuncture is not for everybody but it has truly worked for me. Now my visits to Zohar are for the pain that comes with being a 49 year old down hill mountain bike rider. I have been visiting Zohar for six months. She listens intently and devises a plan with a scientific and intuitive grasp of my needs. After every visit there is a marked improvement. I currently see her once a month, which to me is part of keeping an eye on the balance of my body and soul. I recently had another surgery to my aorta, which was successful partly due to Zohar's conscientious attention to the details of my body, before and after surgery, that modern medicine has neither the time nor the depth of knowledge and understanding to question. Zohar is amazing - so knowledgeable and helpful. My allergies and ME are definitely inproving under her care. A few weeks ago I went to see here after I got fibreglass batts fibres and black mould spores in my lungs while renovating my house, and a chest infection colonized the inflammation. The discomfort in my lungs was gone in half an hour, and hasn't recurred.

I have found cupping through Zohar and getting excellent results. It is gently helping the skin around my spine and system to relax. Zohar asks me succinct questions and treats me with the utmost of care and attention. Its a bit scarey at first, but Zohar lets me know what she is about to do and how it may feel.
