Brilliant my energy levels are fantastic. My shoulder, knee and any related discomfort has been reduced to the point where I can exercise again with no discomfort. My weight is reducing steadly and Sam is always so happy and caring. Would recommend Sam with no reservations.

Sept 2020: Losing weight & keeping it off have always been a challenge for me! Over the past 7 months Sam at Te Puke Acupuncture has been terrific, his Acupuncture, Chinese herbal teas & advice have worked extremely well & consistently for me. Despite Covid lockdowns, a back & rotator cuff injury, I’ve lost 23kg so far & my goal weight is within reach. I look forward to stabilising & enjoying a healthier retirement, or go back to Sam for maintenance if needed. Wow came with sciatica and back pain.After 2 treatments sciatica almost gone.Lovely man .Highly recommend. I had extremely sore lower back/leg with sciatica pain and could hardly walk. Booked in with Sam, he was amazing - I had cupping and acupuncture and after 1st visit, defiantly felt more free when walking and sitting. Thanks Sam :)

I would highly recommend Sam! My husband and l went to see him with heaps of health challenges. He is a such a caring unstanding person it's hard to believe how sick we were when we first saw him. To where we are now he is a credit to his business. He doesn't treat you like a number goes that extra mile he treats you like a VIP.

So wonderful to have this service again, after living in Australia for 9 months I was introduced to the benefits of Accupunture for my Sinuses, Fatigue and Stress, when we returned to NZ there didn't seem to be any Clinics available, there were a few places that did Accupunture, but there prices were very expensive and after having bulk billed Accupunture in Australia,where you don't have to pay for it, it was just out of my reach, I have been so delighted with the professional service that Sam have given me, he definitely knows he's stuff and goes out of his way to help. I feel Sam have given me my life back, no more constant Sinus headaches and facial pain, and I feel more calm and energized, who would of thought lying there with needles in your face could be so relaxing.

I was experiencing severe headaches, migraines with neck and shoulder pain. My first visit to Te Puke Acupuncture treatment involved deep tissue massage, cupping, needles that released my neck and shoulder deep tissue pain and stopped the migraines. Sam was very informative and shared many helpful tips. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere. I am currently take the recommended Chinese herbs by Sam for hormonal balance and system detox that has balanced my mood and increase my energy levels.

Te puke acupuncture has been a great help. My Regular doctors didn’t realise that my blood flow in my body was bad circulation. Doctor sam te puke acupuncture helped out by pushing sentence points on my leg He could tell that my circulation wasn’t flowing properly. I had suction cups and acupuncture. It has been a life experience what to eat what not to eat. I could go on and on about this man. He even help me out with my weight loss.
