Physiotherapy training combined with energetic and meditative practices, and enthusiasm for nutrition and fitness mean that all levels of healing can be enhanced by Lance’s wonderfully unconventional and professionally based holistic methods. I appreciated very quick improvement with my physical injuries and the exercises given to work on this at home, and a more profound change working on healing the underlying physical manifestations of historical trauma. Lance creates a safe and sometimes entertaining environment in which to be challenged and create change on multiple levels.
