E.Pauline is an outstanding professional, very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. She is friendly and patient, she listens carefully and chooses the type of treatment as required, it is tailored to the needs of your body. The treatment is usually comprehensive and always effective!
My husband and I really enjoy all treatments, be it the needles, cupping or gua sha (my personal favourite!). We look forward to our sessions and come regularly as we feel relaxed and recharged afterwards. Pauline does her best to help with an injury or to relieve the pain or tension, and she also gives recommendations about what to do after the session. We would highly recommend Pauline to anyone.
B.Pauline is cheerful, professional and competent. She carefully listens and takes a holistic approach to examining and understanding issues from sports injuries to general health and well-being, then tailors treatment specifically to your needs. Best of all, she explains everything as she is working, so you understand what she is doing and why. I also appreciate that she follows up post treatment… and gets results!
N.I found Zing after recommendations and while I've had acupuncture before, this experience was like night and day. Pauline explains what she's doing and why, not only putting you at ease but also helping you understand what's going on a bit more too. She uses whichever method is most appropriate for your situation and will build on your previous sessions and experience.
I highly recommend Pauline/Zing Acupuncture to anyone, especially those navigating injuries and pain but also just for general wellbeing reasons :)
M.I am so impressed with Pauline's care and ability. She, unlike other acupuncturists I've been to in the past, really took her time getting to know my needs and with the treatment itself. L.Today was my first ever cupping session and it felt great. Pauline is very thorough in her work and explained the treatment throughout the procedure. I went in with an achy back and tight shoulders but by the end of the session they had both loosened up considerably and my range of motion had improved! I will definitely be going back to see Pauline.
C.Amazing experience last week! Went to see Pauline feeling lower back, hips and gluten muscles very tight lately (+ a last minute neck blocked). A lot to work around, and after 1 hour of acupuncture, plus cupping, I left feeling tired but renewed, with an amazing sense of freedom through my body. Less tensions and more movement available. L.I had a great sliding cupping session today! I felt much relaxed after that and it did relieve my back pain a lot. Pauline was so nice and explained her treatment actions to me and gave me lots of suggestions on keeping healthy:) This place is just on the Terrace, very close to my work place. I will definitely go back!
