Philippa has been an excellent person to work with. My task was to have an animation done about a research project, and Philippa was super in assisting me with writing a storyboard and finding an animator within our limited budget. Our subject was rather complex, but Philippa quickly understood what we were trying to communicate, and has been extremely helpful at every stage of the project. I would recommend Cre8ive to everyone.

Philippa is a wonderful teacher in social media, when I started I absolutely had no idea where to begin and I was so lucky to find her company on Google. She audits your web site, coaches you how to have confidence on line and provides an action plan and worksheets to guide you once you walk away from the coaching session. Philippa gave me the confidence to fly and try new things I totally recommend her style of teaching and coaching.

I had the pleasure of interning at Cre8ive Marketing during my break between semesters at my university in the United States this July-August 2020! My internship was fully remote, and even with the drastic time difference between New Zealand and the U.S., Philippa and the team made it easy for me to collaborate and contribute on important projects going on at the company. I learned so much from Philippa during the past 6 weeks, including some amazing new skills involving Google Analytics, AdWords, SEO, and Google My Business! The Facebook training day was worth every cent and Philippa tailored her training for our individual businesses so with the critiquing of everyone’s FB activity we certainly learnt a lot of do’s and don’ts and what FB look for to increase the success of our posts. Philippa actively works in marketing and has many clients who she manages their social media accounts for so the information was current and extremely practical. I thoroughly enjoyed it and thought it an extremely valuable day.

In my previous role as Director, Digital Marketing and Customer Experience at biotech company Pacific Edge, I engaged Philippa and her team to initially audit our Google Adwords account. During this project, it become clear that Philippa’s extensive Google Ads knowledge and proactive working style would make her a valuable partner. She was able to grasp the complexity of operating in global markets and expertly implemented relevant Google Ads campaigns, set up conversion tracking and provided excellent in-depth monthly reporting. This allowed me to clearly demonstrate the ROI of our marketing spend. Our working relationship grew as I engaged the Cre8ive team on other digital marketing projects including an SEO audit, brochure design, presentation slides, social media graphics, signage, project managing video animations (including graphics and storyboard), blog creation and more. We engaged Cre8ive Marketing to take over the digital marketing of our nationwide rental car franchise, we had two meetings with Philippa and asked her to develop a digital marketing strategy going forward and also come up with some concepts to refresh our website, in doing this Philippa had to learn our business, get to know our franchisees, and understand our needs. Philippa gave a presentation on social media marketing during the company conference. She simultaneously managed to make the information detailed enough to be useful (particularly the hacks!) and simple enough to be easy to follow, even for the n00bs. There was a lot that I learnt, and some really accessible immediate actions that we are able to take to improve our presence and visibility on social media. It must also be said that it was also super impressive the amount of homework that Philippa had done and the way that she was able to very much personalise her presentation to what we are actually doing - as a franchise with a bunch of branches around the country this takes some doing! All in all - a lot was learnt, and the afternoon was Philippa was a wonderful way to invest our time!

We participated at a wide range of one on one trainings at Cre8ive last spring to understand the online marketing world. We were wondering what people were thinking about our website and how to draw their interest. Further we would like to appear better in the search results. By not knowing much about online marketing and the tools with the internet, we needed some training. Philippa and her team trained us with setting up and managing a Google Analytics account. Further she showed us how to use Google Adwords so we appear in the search results at the top. For our organic search on Google we needed to optimise our keywords and many other things as we now know. Now we can have deep insight what our customers want and what we are doing.
