I was going from a business that had a very good website to a new business that didn’t have a website at all and needed to start from scratch. Personally, I didn’t have the technical knowledge of computers or marketing that was required. I was in a situation where without your help I would have been buggered. I have been aware for a long time that there are a lot of monkeys out there who claim to do what you do and don’t perform well. Our previous history of using Kaiser Creative Studio briefly on my old site gave me the confidence to let them do the new site. Although I did have cheaper offers, I have been down the road before where the cheapest offer isn’t necessarily the best. I had to get it right the first time.
