If you are looking for a professional, helpful, and honest company to do a web-design for your business, then Smegoweb is the place for you. Abhishek at Smegoweb helped me design a website for my Massage Therapy business. I was struggling with getting clients through the door with an existing website that I had made through another company. Abhishek took the initiative to give me a call and help me re-design my website. I found his service to be highly professional, and he targeted exactly what needed to be fixed and worked upon to make my website appeal to online viewers. I highly recommend Smegoweb and am excited about the changes they have produced for my business.

Smegoweb contacted me offering to build me a website for me business, they offered me a very competitive price. I was then contacted by a company called VT Designz in India who offered me a even lower price and promised me amazing results. VT Designz promised to have my new website up and fully running within 1 month so I decided to get it made through them rather than Smegoweb. WOW did I make a huge mistake!! 3 months later and I still had an uncompleted website that looked like a 10 year old had created it wearing a blind fold. Not only that but the $1200 they offered to make it for ended up being $2300 out of my bank account. I requested a full refund many times but they kept making excuses. In the end I contacted the payment portal that processed the payment (2Checkout) and explained to them what had been going on and they processed a full refund for me. After doing this I received some very aggressive messages from VT Designz threatening to ruin my company name on the internet so that no one would ever hire me they even went as far to say "That is a promise". DO NOT USE VT DESIGNZ IF THEY CONTACT YOU!! After receiving the refund I contacted Smegoweb immediately and asked them to build me a website as fast as they can. I was assigned a project manager straight away named Shreya and she has been an absolute star and a pleasure to deal with. Any request or issue and she is straight onto it and her communication over the whole website design process has been second to none. Take my advice if you need a website built and you want amazing service get Smegoweb to build you a site and if you are lucky enough you might get Shreya as your project manager. I have been amazed at how fast they have delivered a very high quality website and will be continuing to use there services into the future.

It all started with a simple phone call. The telephone sales rep was very friendly and told me how my business success was limited due to my ageing website. He, then led me to their NZ representative, Abhishek, who has been dealing with me almost every second day. I then got introduced to the web design team in India. Shreya, a very polite and respectful lady has been my project manager and has guided and worked with me to get my website launched. It was not easy for me as I had never been involved with websites, but her patience combined with her exceptional professionalism made it very easy for me. I now have a website which is responsive and better looking. Thank you to the team at SMEGOWEB, especially Abhishek here in NZ and Shreya in India.
