1. ethical. It is not often you'll come across a professional digital marketer who's welling to tell you it takes time, commitment & consistency to build a genuine, engaged and reliable audience - but it is worth every effort. Rachel is one of these rare professional I particularly value in an online world where "fake it until you make it" is a common game to play.
2. straight forward. Demystifying algorithms and fake news/data about social media using a very simple vocabulary is by far what she does best. Online marketing is full of acronyms, tech terminologies, slang that Rachel masters but know how to explain & untangle for a less experienced audience.
3. up-to-date. I don't need to keep track of the latest trends in SM, she does that for me & once again manage to offer clear guidelines/recommendation in exchange.
4. authentic. She will tell you if your SM accounts are a bit "vanilla" or if you need to get out of your shell if you want to get more returns from SM actions :) I love that honesty from her. She's not trying to please me but to help me progress which may involve challenging my assumptions or habits.
5. empathetic. While Rachel can be pretty straight forward and accept no BS, you'll find above all she has a heart and uses it in even in business. She has that capability to read through you and if your work is worth a social/environmental impact, she goes beyond the extra mile to empower you with her knowledge.
