W.Aro Digital implemented Autopilot as a Marketing Automation/CRM solution for the Hurricanes, which has allowed for detailed segmentation of audiences to support bums on seats across membership and casual ticket campaigns. This platform and the expertise provided by the Aro team has enabled the Hurricanes to deliver targeted customer journeys across our email, social and website platforms - ultimately improving our customer's digital experience.
Aro also implemented a sales dashboard that tracked Hurricanes membership transactions by channel, device and demographic. This dashboard coupled with the strategic and tactical support from Tim, Jonty and the team enabled optimisation across the membership campaign in terms of where ads were displayed and where spend was increased or reduced.
