S.Jonathan Leech at BC Design Studio was great to work with in developing my plans. He advised me a feasibility study should be done first which in the end saved time and money. He was knowledgeable about council regulations, extremely thorough and listened to what I actually wanted. The turn-around of the work and options he presented was relatively quick and sooner than expected. He liked to explain things face to face particularly where options were available so you understand what its involved. Would definitely use BC Design Studio, and in particular Jonathan again if the opportunity arose.
K.Jonathan is responsive and listened carefully to what we wanted. He advised us well in various aspects and clearly knows the relevant regulations and Council requirements. The plans he drew up are very professionally presented and obtained Building Consent with no fuss. Happy to recommend him and will employ him again when we need such services again.
