Highly recommended team of professionals! Tim rescued my property development project and led it to completion – this was a challenging and specialized task that required consents, compliance, regulatory, legal and internal council knowledge. The project had been abandoned by the original builder, and Tim managed to negotiate with the subcontractors and council stakeholders to get the job to completion. He was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient throughout the entire process. I look forward to working with Tim\HD again in the future.
