J.Over the last 10 years, we have had Frans Kamermans design for us five residential house designs for our personal accomodation. Two in St. Heliers, Auckland and two in Rarotonga, Cook Islands and one in Nelson, South Island. Each site had its unique site challenges relating to Planning rules, Infrastructure challenges and Passive energy requirements that needed to exceed existing building codes. In all cases the brief was to build a house that was warm in winter and cool in summer. In all cases Kamermans Architects exceeded our expectations with their designs. It was a pleasure to work with his team of very experienced associates and have hands-on contact with the Principal (Frans) at a moments notice. We would not hesitate to recommend such a talented and approachable Architectual team.
