Mak & Associates is a very friendly and meticulous, organization that is in constant contact during the project. They informed us on specifics as the project was underway and kept close to the time-line. This organization has reliable and highly qualified staff who are very friendly and enjoy conversing with the clients. At no time did we feel dissatisfied or in-the-dark. The entire project from initial discussion of the project to the very end was smooth. It has been an absolute pleasure working with this company. They deserve a 5+ rating!! Thank you for your work in making our home a place that our family truly loves, cherish and is our dream home. You listened to us, had patience with us, listened to us again and orchestrated a magnificent design that was a creation of our dreams.

I've used this Architectural company for my building consent. They are extremely thorough in their work. Their plans are top notch and very tidy. Auckland council commented how detailed and clearly their drawing were presented. They work fast and to deadline. I did not have any problems working with any of their staff nor the principal architect. Even during construction time, my builders were satisfied dealing with them too. I am definitely going to continue dealing with this Architectural firm for any future work.

I have worked in the company for many years, I know the staff and directors very well. The company has had a history of 3 really dishonest staff whom seem to be involved in the reviews below. I am aware that the company has a policy to hire only local NZ (residents or Citizens only). Hence the below claims seem not possible especially. The owners of the company and the staff (honest ones!) have always been very helpful and have gone out of their way to assist me and others whenever required even a few years after leaving the company. These are good honest people ! I wish the company and staff all the best , don't let a few bad eggs spoil it ! For the dishonest ex-staff , remember that false allegations hurt others also, over 20years of old staff staff may be looking for jobs for placing their CVs out there... this does not help anyone ! If you are a customer to the company place a honest review I am sure it would be welcome ! If someone staff has a personal grievance call & sort it out! but don't hurt / harm others in the process for no reason !

I accidently clicked a poor review on this site earlier. My apologies for that. These guys are a great team. Very friendly and professional. From what I've seen of their work they create great work.

Mak Assc has helped me with more than 12 developments in pass four years. Completely professional from taking our goals and design objective in mind, sensitive to cost consideration, which is always a big bonus from a developer point of view. Big thanks to you Manoj.

I have worked with this company and their many staff for 10 years now and the company is very professional and efficient. I have done building of my own and they are really good.
