Taewoo and his team helped me to get plans approved to convert my garage into a bedroom and bathroom. They know the council rules well and could answer all my technical questions straight away. It was a very smooth process and Taewoo was great at communicating and keeping me in the loop. Very efficient and I got the approved plans faster than I though with no push back from council.

It was great to work with Louie when were constructing our preschool. He talked through what we wanted and delivered a Fire Report with a solution to a design that was not straight forward. He followed up with good responses to subsequent questions from the council until the project was fully delivered. We would recommend Louie and the team to anyone looking for these services.

We worked with Ryan and his team for a house extension on Sunnynook area recently. The project involved an upper floor extension forming an additional dwelling attached. The house design request from the client involved an additional dwelling on the upper floor which is a little unusual for this type of works. This required a careful planning and compliance review right at the beginning of the project, and I think that is where CCG really excels compared to other consultancies. CCG also handled both resource consent and building consent right through which made the process easy. Overall the project progress was smooth and nothing to complain about. Because the project budget was modest, there was not much room for fancy designs, but the layout and design have been cleverly implemented. Space use has been excellent. Ryan, who was the project lead really listened throughout the process. He is a meticulous designer with a big depth of experience. Most of the issues have been thought through both in aesthetics and constructability so that there are not many issues at the time of construction. We are very proud that we worked with Ryan in this project, and the client was very happy with the outcome.

This company really helped and saved my life. I had a garage need to a plan for council. The architects I engaged just keep delay and waste me about 6 months.
