James understood our dream of building our own home. His plans were exceptionally and it was very easy to get through the Christchurch City Council process as the plans were very accurate and nothing important was forgotten. His attention to detail and advice on how we wanted this family home to work hard with space and design was excellent. Everything in our house has a purpose and we love the choice of materials as it is bullet proof with three kids. I would highly recommend James for well thought out architectural plans that bought our dream of building our own home to life – Tracey Gordon, Christchurch.
