J.When you call them almost always you are courteously received even if you call them hundreds of times in a day! If ever they fail to receive your calls they always call you back. It was our first ever project of home building and we were tremendously sceptical… but at the end of it all… we now realize how we had a very holistic experience working with Plan Shop.
A.I think that Plan Shop is ahead of our time, among the few smart home architectural designer Otago has to offer! Very visionary and well equipped experts. Go for it!
