M.We have used Lynda’s services 3 times over the past 5 years. 2 renovations and a stand alone 30sm cabin. Our renovations were quite tricky with regards to the consenting process, we found Lynda to be very knowledgeable with the building regulations and made dealing with the council very easy. She also had plenty of clever ideas and has a good handle on materials and building costs. We also found her costs to be very reasonable. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending her services, we have passed on her details to two of our friends.
