P. W.These guys are great. Regular maintenance and repair call-outs are always well handled with great customer service - especially our regular guy Craig. Been sorting us out for years and always gives us great advice and doesn't upsell unnecessarily (only when asked).
J.David stayed open after he'd planned to close on xmas eve to help me out. And Vanessa is super efficient with my heatpump orders, just the deliveries are sometimes days later than the ETA which throws out my schedules sometimes, but that's probably to do with their logistics company.
