Merry Christmas to Sarina and the TEAM @ APIA.
We are thankful for the support/material and advocacy APIA provides to give our "rental accommodation provider" Community a “voice”!
We are a small driven Group providing an essential service (due to gaps in the market – that the Government cannot bridge), whilst planning for our retirement with the goal to be self-sufficient and NOT have to rely on the Government.
M.APIA is a fantastic organisation for landlords. The information and assistance given is essential to being a professional. I have been a member for over 20 years and they have only gotten better.

My only draw back is prefer presentation starting from 7:00pm as still busy with family prior.

I.APIA is led and run by a neat bunch of people dedicated to helping investors and provides lots of educational and networking opportunities - well worth the membership fee.
N.APIA is a hub of up to date information, presentations in person and virtual, a network of like mind people all navigating the highs and lows of property investment & being a good but fair landlord.
A.Great team with excellent service and the latest information is readily available. The membership benefits/discounts easily cover the membership fee every year. The resources available to members save hours of searching online and there’s peace of mind knowing there’s friendly help only an email/phone call away.
S.If you own a rental property, joining your local PIA is a must. The support, education and ongoing meetups are invaluable.
T.I've found the APIA mixers an excellent opportunity to hang out with other property investors and learn from some of the best.
R.APIA puts out regular, top notch high quality content. Highly recommend.
