We had a great night dancing to a great band the Groove Diggers. We found the place to be dated and a bit tired. The drink prices we're Ok and the staff reasonably friendly. What was a disappointment to the night was Ben's Kitchen. We ordered vege nachos and two bowls of fries. Worst nachos that I've ever had. Hardly anything on them, full of black olives, stuff all cheese. The fries tasted like they had been cooked in old oil. They we're soft, not nice and crispy. I wouldn't suggest ordering anything from Ben's kitchen.

Local, friendly, well priced and clean. The RSC Grey Lynn is a pleasant spot for NZ Music, playing pool, dining in the fare coming out from Jimmy The (Fish) Cook, chewing the fat with other locals or reading a book from the well stocked library. Thank you for your always wonderful service to our community.

A great down to earth asset in an area where cool and expensive can get a bit carried away with itself. Very friendly staff, laid back entry, just sign in if not a member. It is more of an over 50s sort of place but nice to see younger people there too.

A place rich with nostalgia and history. I was attending a memorial service and the RSC was packed with people who came to celebrate the life of a well respected friend and colleague. This was the perfect venue for such a ceremony. Take a look at the website and see if you are interested. Service Clubs are a part of our cultural heritage that should be experienced by all.

Anzac day was great. The pastor was very morivating. It was good to see the mayor Phil Goff out and about talking to guest.

Love this place more of a 50 s plus crowd and a great social crowd they also have some really good bands. Pays to see what is playing The Groove Diggers are a must to see.

Grey Lynn RSA is always a great place to go for a nite out with friends. Friendly people, good parking, lovely bar staff and door man, and reasonable food & drinks. Flaming Mudcats played last nite and were just fantastic. The dance floor was full up all nite. Excellent nite had by all.

I had really great time at Grey Lynn Return Services Club on Friday night the band was playing some great funky bluesy music great to dance too, and the people were nice and friendly,and prices for drinks wasn't to bad either.

Make sure to check out the RSA's upstairs party's occasionally on. DJs will spin all the classics on turntables like I heard through the Grapevine, with a great atmosphere, good dancing, outfits and cheap drinks.

8-ball tables 50¢ per 20 mins, which seems cheap by Auckland standards (same price as we pay at Tauranga citz club). Was quiet on a Saturday night, which suited us. Drinks were expensive for a club at $17 for the same drinks as we pay $10 for at Tauranga citz club or Mt Maunganui club. By comparison, pubs in Auckland & Tauranga charge around $21 for our usual drinks. Bar staff were friendly & helpful. Kitchen was closed - disappointing coz we went there to try the food, having heard great reviews.
