5 stars for Internex! They are amazing from start to finish. They assist you with everything you need to get established in NZ and start your internship on a good note. The staff is extremely friendly. I was placed in a great organisation and I was enjoying my internship and also they helped me to find a work placement too after finishing my internship in Wellington. Thank you so much Internex !!!

I have an engineering degree and a management qualification. They worked well with my qualifications and expereinces and found me a best place to get some valuable experience within weeks. I am a current student studying at AUT, and I discovered how Interex has helped many students find suitable internship roles. I studied Marketing and International Business, and through Internex, I am currently placed in a Digital Marketing Firm as a Digital Marketing Intern. For me, this Intern role is super valuable as it will help me develop in my career progression and help me gain professional skills such as client management and learn about the technicalities side of digital marketing, which I find fascinating. But this opportunity was presented to me because of the hard work which Internex as an organization successfully implements. Thanks to Internex I really had a great experience in New Zealand! They found me a very suitable internship based on my wishes and preferences. Super happy with my Internex experience! Chris did a fantastic job finding an internship placement for me in Auckland that not only met my interests and my universities' criteria but also paired me with a great mentor and an awesome team that welcomed me warmly. My experience was very good, I am an international graduate in architecture and I hired the Internex agency to help me find a job opportunity. after three months of internship in the office I managed to get a job. I really appreciate the work that Interex did since I managed to establish myself as an architect in another country.

Had an awesome time at a recruitment agency in Auckland. They really helped me getting to know the business, doing interviews and gave me a lot responsibility. Internex made my year! I had envisaged my year off completely differently to how it actually turned out …. And it couldn't have turned out any better! Despite the Pandemic and the borders to New Zealand shutting down just after my plane landed in Auckland I had an amazing experience which I will never forget for the rest of my life. This experience was made all the more memorable and joyful thanks to the work of Internex and especially Chris. He organised and reorganised a host family for me, he made sure I had all the correct documents and he was available to answer all of my questions. In order to be able to enter NZ I had to go into quarantine for two weeks. Since my original host family did not want the risk of my having the virus and me staying with them, Chris had to find me a new family. He was under time pressure since I was due to arrive the next day. However he found me a wonderful host family. After those two weeks the next challenge came along. I wasn’t able to start my internship in the school, as by that time the virus had spread and we all had to go into a 7 week lockdown. Even though I wasn't able to meet everyone live, I was able to meet them online and carry out my internship. After those 7 weeks, I finally was able to visit the school in person, where I continued the internship and had an amazing time and absolutely loved it. Even though I was on the other side of the world without my family or friends during lockdown, I had a great time and would do it all over again. I never once felt uncomfortable or scared that I wasn’t able to travel or get to experience my gap year/internship in a normal way. Chris had found me an amazing host family who I really got to love and spend the best of times with. Looking back at my time during the internship, I have to say it was one of the most exciting and also scary things I have done. All of the ups and downs of not knowing when the Lockdown was going to end and where I would be, was so worth it. And knowing that Chris was always there to help me made me feel safe and secure.

I had a great time working with Internex. They made the process easy and enjoyable. I really felt like I was valued by them. The internship they placed me in really help set me down my current career path. Special shout out to Chris!

INTERNex World positively impacted my professional career in New Zealand. I am a BE Civil Engineer who did not have much local knowledge when I arrived at AKL. Chris and I built a career path where having an internship opportunity could open the door for me in the engineering industry. I successfully achieved a position in which I built my connections and positively contributed to the business. It was very good for me to receive a permanent job offer at another company. I did short term internship at farm with Internex. Experienced local lifestyle and tried new things and had some fun too!

InternEx is a wonderful organisation with truely caring people. Traveling to Auckland, New Zealand during the Covid-19 pandemic was a gruelling process but InternEx made helped it go as smooth as possible while making sure I had an exciting placement to look forward to when I arrived. This program has given me just the right amount of assistance while also allowing lots of personal autonomy in how I want to build my experience. Thanks so much for a great adventure thus far and I would highly recommend using them for your travel abroad journey.

We were delighted with Internex over the years we have been involved with them. The service and the placement of girls have been fantastic. Our girls have loved having the girls stay with us to experience living on a working sheep and beef farm and learning about their culture. We even keep in contact with all the girls we have had.

Christopher at Internexworld really helped me to make my dream of moving to Canada happen, after a anxious year of not knowing if it would be possible with all the Covid related restrictions, finding a job in these trying times, etc. Since this was the last year I could activate a IEC visa (Ive reached the agelimit), it was such a relief when I finally made it in! I flew into Calgary and was therefore able to participate in the pilotprogram where 2 negative Covid tests shorly after arrival shortned down my required quarantine, from 2 weeks to 3 days! Everything from there on have been going smoothly and Ive had the time of my life so far. I would recommend anyone wishing to do the same to get in touch with internex!

I have worked with Chris, Cat and the team at Internex for 5 years now. They have placed some amazing interns in our business that has really supported Fireflys growth. I did a farmstay with Internex in Australia. It was definitely the best time of my life, with memories I'll never forget. Thanks to Cat, who supported me from the beginning to the end. She answered all my questions and helped me in any kind of trouble!!! I would recommend it to everyone, who is looking for a once-in-a-lifetime experience!!!
