m. c.I have been NZNO member for a long time but have been disappointed with their negotiating strategy and frustrated with their Monday to Friday 9 to 5 support.
I changed to nurse's society and have been so impressed i have been advocating forvthem to colleagues to join them
I emailed them with a legal question in the weekend and got an answer the following day.
24/7 support excellent and that's what we need.
Nurses work roster rotating , were in a 24/7 job.
At times we need support in weekends or on a public holiday.
I regret not joining earlier
