Pleasant Point Yacht Club is now located in the South New Brighton Park, The devastating earthquakes in Christchurch in 2010 and 2011, destroyed the yacht club and its buildings, ramps and jetties had to be demolished. but now the Club has a new location and runs its sailing programme from September to April each year and includes sailing for dinghies and medium sized trailer yachts. Sailing is conducted on Saturdays and Sundays with the start times on the Lyttleton High Tide times. Call 03 349 2422 for more information.
