The parking situation was confusing. There is no parking close to the door, which is strange for an organization catering for the disabled. Before entering, I tried to scan the covid app placed on the inside of a glass window, but this was impossible due to glare. Maybe bc it was nearing Christmas, the self opening door was locked, and a staff member needed to come and let me in. On a positive note, the staff member handed my enquiry with ease, and processed my transaction quickly.

Took approximately 6 weeks before we received our parking permit, their process is long and a round about way of doing things. Change the way you do thing to speed up the process.
