I Spoke with Adrian and thoroughly enjoyed my talk with him he was helpful in everyday possible. Was happy to answer all my questions, showed interest in my struggle to wanting a change physically and provided resources to help achieve my goals. I got a free what food diet to eat,apparently there's a gym in frankton charges couple of dollars a week
