Great customer service & really helped provide great care & experience for my 84 year old who is a new client of theirs. Highly recommend great reception & medical staff.

Staff were really kind and caring from the young man who showed me where to park. To all the staff who helped my son receive his vax. Hope you all have a good Christmas keep safe.

I just had my 2nd covid vaccine and all I can say the staff are professional, kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this place, very thorough and any questions or concerns I had they answered. Thank you ladies you are all amazing 😊

Went to get my Covid 19 vaccination today and it was all really easy. The staff were all very professional and organised. Although things were very busy, the process for getting vaccinated was smooth and easy. I was nervous but I felt in safe hands and was reassured by those dealing with me. So thankful for the kindness I was shown.

Just love this place. The staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The services are incredible.

First visit so pleasant and comforting, especially during an internal state of anxiousness. Beyond welcoming! Sadly, second visit, ill-mannered workers (man/boy behind the desk) with an unsavory tone.

Got my covid jabs here. The best people and the best service. I was welcomed with smiles, I enjoyed the music and the jokes and had an all around great experience. The medical bit in the middle was just a small detail in the whole visit. Thank you guys.

Fabulous, no appointment for Covid jab 1, but put in Q, so well organized from the car parking to the admin through, very happy staff keeping you engaged, chatty, a very thorough chat about the possible side effects. All people separated until they tell you it's time to go. Onto it all, well done.2nd appointment booked here too. Thanx.

What a well organized and fun experience. Goodness, we went there there for for a Covid injection, but the staff made everything very easy and we ALL had lots of laughs. Thank you.🤣🌺😂

This is a very organised team. Very professional in their approach informed all clients of what to expect and we were escorted through out the process to various locations . You are greeted on entry and kept informed. Refreshments were available while you waited the expected 20 minutes Booking for the second vacination done while you waited, each client left with a care package. Check this out yourself. Well worth your time, to get those questions answered, so you can make a informed decision. Lets keep our selves and family safe. Kia Ora Whanau.

this is my healthcentre,and doctors I attend.they also have a maori holistic center,that,i attend frequently.they have complete rap-around health,services,from doctors,nurses,councillors,nutritionists,maori healing services,mirimiri,for the body,rondo medicine,exercise facilities,state,of the art,machines,that help with,healing,and spending up processes.administation,is well organized,very helpful staff,for all people,not just maori.friendly receptionist,they also have,a Cafe,for food oseby,and a in-house chemist,with great great staff friendly,and helpful.im very grateful4,this center,they have helped me,immensely.overall,very good.

Was a client of their GP services before i moved away. They are awesome. More recenrly I got my covid jab here really fast and efficent

Very tight for parking. Receptionist wasn't very happy. Not a great first impression. However, many of our whanau have high commendations of the services here so we'll stick it out a few months and see. Can't be worse than the doctors at te rengarenga

Apart from having excellent Doctors they also have experienced staff who can assist in a wide range of family issues, house calls, family assistance. They have an amazing team.

Since I've joined up with them I've never been much better, I even won a prize of which was a Jenga game, and wasn't even thinking that i would win the game. But for even just a script of my monthly pills ,I only have to pay $4.00

Joined these doctors because I was not happy with my then doctors, am so pleased I did, have a new fantastic doctor that actually talks to me and not their computer, she went all out and organised transport for me to have a scan in town and then back again. Reception are lovely welcoming friendly people, I look forward to many years of visiting them here. :-)

Very respectful staff. Great medical advice and very thorough medical examinations doctors are fast to ask for second opinions n don't hesitate to refer you on if needed. Able to get in for same day appointments with the walk in clinic's prices are affordable if not free for children and acc claims. There is a cafe on site with yummy food and coffees while waiting for ur appointment

The staff at reception & the pharmacy are friendly, helpful & caring. 99% of the Nurses & Drs are professional & easy to approach. The call centre can be unintentionally abrupt & opinionated, however, the environment is clean & tidy. We, as a community are extremely privilledged to have Te Kohao Health.

Haven't been going to Te Kahao health for very long, we had a wonderful dr in Tokoroa..but changed because of the traveling from hamilton. Beautiful atmosphere. Prices are fantastic. Awesome reception and nursing staff always willing to help.

So efficient and friendly other health center's should take note of how's it's done.

One of the cheapest doctors practises in Hamilton. They specialise in Maori and family healthcare. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, it's difficult to fit in appointments, the quality of the doctors and support staff is mixed.

Well co-ordinated Covid vaccination centre. Highly recommended.
