K.when I go to Best Care Whakapai Hauora the office staff greet me with a smile and the doctors are very caring and ensure that I am completely aware of what treatment and or medication is for. I always come out feeling better than when I went in and that is just having talked with the doctor.
L.I go here for Line Dancing with Norah. Thank you Norah. Have been since the mid 2000s. Always enjoyed every day I've attended..and meeting the lady's...and the ones who have been teaching me ever since I started. Thank you Anne..and Margaret. I was able to participate because of my crook knee.
C.Had my 2nd covid vaccination. Impressive Team from the first administration to having vaccine and then monitoring for 20minutes after with a cuppa tea and biscuit. Great work.

E.I came here as a casual patient and had a good experience. My appointment was mixed up and due to their systems going down I wasn't informed. However the lovely receptionist organised a different dr to fit me in which was awesome
