Pretty awesome dudes, the only thing that could've been better was a little more communication in regards to pick up and in transit. But hey they got the job done quick and the cost was very reasonable, so you cant argue with that!

These guys are world class. First time using them and couldn’t be happier with the service. Quick responses to emails and quotes. Booked on Sunday, bike was picked up Tuesday morning in Dunedin and delivered to a rural address in Christchurch that afternoon. I thought $330 was extremely affordable. Bike arrived in perfect condition. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much. 10/10

This was my first experience of using such a company to transport my first bike. Given she was in perfect condition, I did have my reservations. However my bike was transported accordingly and delivered in perfect condition. They had my bike stropped down with stop ties and covers over the handle bars. Excellent service, I would most certainly use them again.

These guys are awesome. After an accident we needed our bike picked up in Kaikoura and delivered to Christchurch. Within half an hour of our call the Biketranz driver was loading our bike. You can't get better service than that! Chris and Trish Bruce

Would have been nice to get a call, to buyer from when the bike was picked up, so one knew it was on its way.. Other than that, great service, bike turned up perfect, friendly staff, and bike was placed exactly where I wanted it. Would use them again in an instant.

Communication is everything and Biketranz delivered. You ring - they answer, you email - they respond. Bike arrived safely within 1.5 weeks of collection.

Ok, it took a little longer for me because the bike was collected on Xmas eve and delivered after the break (1st week of New year), however, having been a bike dealer in the Uk for some years, I found the service excellent and the driver delivering the bike great ( a rider as well) because he understood all aspects of his work and took care off 'offloading' with a positive and friendly manner...so not just a delivery guy doing a job !! The service may not be cheap, but the quality of service remains long after the price is forgotten

Arrive exactly when they had arranged, really good communication, van was set up really well inside, felt like my bike was in really good hands

Poor communication at the office. My bike was sent for repairs and then returned. No issue with the drivers or the care of the bike. However, both the pickup dates were delayed by over week each due to poor communications at the office. The dates and times given to me each time were cancelled and replaced, creating a much longer repair period than should have been necessary. I won't use this company again. Don't use if you want your bike transported quickly..

Bike was picked up from Wellington on a Monday and delivered Friday (the same week) to me in Christchurch. No fuss, awesome communication. Thanks Biketranz!

I have used bike tranz around 4-5 times over the years and they have always been great. Very fair pricing and very simple to organise as you just do the one phone call to book and leave the rest up to them.
