J.This is a very family centred club, all ages and abilities. Karate is not something that comes naturally to me but I really enjoy the classes, learning the techniques and the people. Great for core strength, flexibility and balance in a very friendly and supportive environment. Awesome teachers and inspiration from Sensei Rick and the Senpai's - Osu!
S.A great traditional Japanese martial art club, lead by a 4th Dan instructor with over 20+yrs of experience and supported by a number of Senior black belts. A place where everybody is made to feel welcome.
