While shopping around, I looked at three appliance stores. The other two places looked at me and figured I was after the cheapest hob and oven and actually discouraged me from inquiring after the high end brands. I must look like I couldn't afford them?
Paul at Barrell's listened to me and he let me decided what I wanted. I settled on the double Flexi Bosch induction hob and a Mielé oven for our boat, totalling around $7,000.
I also bought a Weber propane BBQ from Barrell's that we installed on our boat, and I love it!!
I'd highly recommend Barrell's for a pleasant shopping experience.

Chris at Barrell's took the time to listen to what I wanted and explain in plain terms the technology and rational around benefits of what I looked at.The cabinet it was displayed on was perfect so I bought the TV, cabinet and a Weber bbq for summer. Visit they're excellent at listening and have brilliant product knowledge. Recommend them.

F.After emailing and calling several online PC stores for a week of pointless back and forth, I got fed up and called Barrels, all it took was 30 seconds on the phone and to come in and see the team for 5 minuets and give them the information they needed to build a gaming PC for me and it's done. Just have to wait a few days for the build.
Fast efficient customer service and an extremely accommodating and flexible team! I'll be coming back here for anything I need in the future for sure! They built it for the same price as the one I wanted to buy online with no hassle.

C.Generally I would always say there is room for improvement for a business that relies on its sales team to perform within the business and deliver the expected results. Will Barrells I simply cannot say this, most of the big ticket purchases I have made over the last 5 or so years have more often than not been made at Barrells, the team are always a pleasure to deal with and I’ve noticed unlike other stores, if the salesperson doesn’t know the answer to my qiestion the will actually seek clarification from another team member rather than guess to keep me happy. Most recent purchase was a large tv that couldn’t be carried on my own so the salesperson assisted to carry it from the store to my vehicle, helped strap it to the ute and then ended with a handshake - some very old school professionalism that did not go unmissed. Love your work Barrells, I look forward to my next purchase.
