J.Just wanted to take a minute to say a massive thank you to the extremely polite suited gentleman who greeted me at the door with an elderly ladie who was turned away from a local gp this morning. I was very concerned with what I witnessed and upon arrival he took complete control of the situation straight away and instantly restored my faith in humanity. Not all heros wear capes and hope she got on OK. Thanks again, we need more people like this in our community.
