I dealt with Vrisha Chandra with my first home purchase. She explained the processes and documents required in a concise way which alleviated the stress of getting everything sorted out. Very professional - replied to my emails promptly and prepared documents on time. Her guidance made the home buying process a good experience. Highly recommend!

We were dealing initially by email with Peter Jacobsen and then Theresa Hyde who assisted with document signing, settlement will preparation etc. So far they have been extremely helpful and efficient at what would seem to be a fair price. I would recommend them and very conveniently located in Blockhouse Bay.
