V.When we made an offer that was accepted I quickly needed to find a property lawyer. I called up Davenports West and was able to quickly get someone and have them go through our documents etc..
Lucas had been amazing and helpful start to finish of the process. Being our first home, it was quite a daunting process. It was nice having someone like Lucas explain certain terms and processes to us.
Lucas is extremely professional and we personally felt he will have your best interest in mind, his ability to articulate our concerns and questions to the vendor has been of great help.
