P.It was a pleasure having Kendal Parker from DK Law as our solicitor and conveyancer. She answered our myriads of questions with a smile and handholded us through the complex process of buying our first home.
After an offer was accepted on the property , halfway through our due diligence we went into lockdown and Kendal negotiated on our behalf and got us some additional time. Her sweet voice on the other side of the phone always bought us insightful guidance and comfort amongst stress. Her reports were thorough and she was always happy to explain hard to understand jargon in a layman's term .
If you are looking for a solicitor , highly recommend her.

Kendal was super friendly, efficient and responsive to our questions. The whole process was a breeze.
R.Kristine worked the legals on my home purchase and sale once we sold it and it was an awesome experience. She is very thorough and the communication was very open and prompt. A process that can sometimes be stressful was smooth sailing. As a mortgage broker I refer many clients to Kristine and her team and they all have the same experience I have had.
J.I have found everyone at DK Law who has been in contact with me to be helpful and responsive. They took my personal circumstances and needs into account and ensured my wishes were fulfilled. An example of this is the PRA, which I was keen to ensure was as fair as possible to my partner, and the DK Law team worked through this with me to ensure the agreement met my requirements. They were responsive when I needed information on prospective property purchases and helped me navigate through the purchase process and making offers. For example my DK Law contact was happy to call me to talk through things like a multi-offer so I understood what this meant for me and for my offer.
The signing process for both pieces of work were difficult given the lockdown situation, but was handled incredibly well by DK Law – talking me through the steps, and being clear on what was needed from the outset. They even made the effort to come to my home to deliver hard copy documents (definitely an above and beyond service!).
In terms of costs, I am very aware of the fact that the invoices I have received do not reflect the full amount of time and effort that went into this work, and I am grateful at this challenging time for the value DK Law have provided to me. I feel DK Law have provided outstanding service, for a very reasonable price, and have held my hand along the way to ensure I have been left in the best possible position from a legal standpoint.
E.Campbell was fantastic to deal with. He was very efficient, explained everything in simple terms, and kept us well informed throughout the process.
