Jack Tam, my immigration lawyer/agent, has been awesome and instrumental throughout my resident visa application. He always replied my queries promptly, even on public holidays. He reversed a situation in which INZ refused to grant me skilled work visa, INZ later granted me the visa. Hadn’t I engaged him for my case, I wouldn’t have been able to sort out each and every issue arised over the lengthy process.
