I cannot begin to express my huge appreciation to Immigration Trust and Simon Park. I was about to get deported due to the accidental over stay for 8 months but with the help of Immigration Trust, I managed to obtain my student visa. SIMON IS HOPE AND SUCH A BLESSING FOR ALL MIGRANTS It was absolutely a great experience to work with Immigration Trust Team and Simon - the CEO. - Before meeting Simon, my case was messed up by another advisor! We applied Work to Residency visa which was declined by INZ. The advisor was inexperienced and couldn’t deal with objections from INZ. I was totally disappointed! - Then I got to know Simon from another friend, who was rejected by all other agencies saying he would never be able to apply for residency based on his current job. The best Immigration Service in the country hands down. Since we all know how hard it is to deal with INZ, I’m forever grateful that Simon and the team managed my case up until the end to get the residency visa approved. When I initially got a job offer that qualifies for SMC salary threshold, I went with many reputed Immigration services across the country and had many paid consultations. They all came back to me saying it's impossible to apply with my current job title as it's not under ANZSCO code. I was still hopeful and then I found Simon through Google and after reading all the good reviews I knew this is where my search ends. After completing the initial assessment with Simon, he confirmed that it’s possible to apply under SMC with my current job and I was relieved. It’s been almost 2 years in the SMC queue and finally, we were all moved to 2021 RV and Simon applied for that on behalf of me without charging any extra money. Also, since the application for 2021RV opened on 1st Dec 2021, he was trying to submit our applications from early morning till late night regardless of INZ website crashing continuously and kept us informed throughout the process with update emails. Again, I was grateful that, unlike any other Immigration service who works fixed hours on weekdays, he was treating our applications like his own by working on them after hours and weekends. When it comes to the fees, I find it very reasonable and cheaper than some other advisors who does a normal job without any guarantee of the outcome of your visa, on the other hand, Simon and team provided me with an exceptional service for a great price; more importantly, he is willing to go an extra mile to get your visa approved. I came to know about Immigration Trust through one of my friends who has a succesful case history through Simon Park. This friend had recomended me to apply my SMC Residency through Immigration Trust. I signed up in June and had a short free advise call from Simon (which is pretty imrepssive as most other firms ive been to charge for advise). Heeding Simon's advis, I applied for an EOI and my wife's partner of worker work visa with the help of Simon. Only positive experiences as the visa application was approved before i wrote this review. Its commendable that during the covid time when transport is hard and high work volumes, Immigration trust operates totally online. Almost 90% of communications, document formulations were done just using my phone (barely used my laptop). So it has been a cruising smooth experience, cery affordable and efficient (fees is paid in predescribed installments). Both my wife and me are very happy with the way in which Immigration Trust went about with the procedures and Simon's advices. We have already requested their assistance and advise for another visa that we plan to apply. Highly recommend.

My partner of ten years came to be in a position of being illegally in NZ and we were in a situation of having to address this or my partner would be deported. My partner got her work visa declined after receiving a bad advice from our previous immigration adviser. After that, they didn't even show interest to apply for reconsideration for they know that our case is impossible to win after the advise they have given. My partner did her research to look for a lawyer who will represent our case better , however, she became unlawful unintentionally and we needed to apply for section 61. Of course, we were so nervous because this can affect our family especially my partner has just given birth to our son. Approaching Immigration Trust for my student visa case is the best decision that I took. Over a month ago, due to oversight, I lost my students visa and my education got halted abruptly . Before approaching Simon I contacted other private immigration adviser. Immigration Trust has been a godsend for me and for my partner, because of Simon Park. Simon delivered us from uncertainty (we were worried we’d be deported) to safety (we are now residents of New Zealand), and there is no chance whatsoever that we’d have “won” without his help. My experience with Simon entailed 4 Partner-Based Visa Applications over the course of 2 years—all of which were successful, because of Simon’s ability to think creatively and strategically from a case officer’s perspective. Receiving a PPI letter from INZ after 3 month's wait for my partner work visa application was definitely something I wasn't prepared for. I had previously applied for 3 different Australian visas and got them without any issue; therefore I knew I needed real professional's help right away. I came across Immigration Trust website and found extremely detailed information regarding this situation and many really positive reviews, which made my partner and I decide to organise a telephone consultation. Simon took on the consultation himself and we feel so glad. During the 30-minute telephone consultation, Simon wasted no time and he was onto it from the beginning, analysing our situation and walking us through what he would do. We felt we were on the right track after only 30 minutes and decided to go with Immigration Trust. We didn't even need to ask and Immigration Trust deducted the consultation fee from the lump sum and offered a reasonable fee us. Although we never met Simon or anyone in his team, the entire process was painless and highly efficient thanks to their online client portal. We always got swift reply from Simon and there was nothing left unclear or unexplained. We followed Simon's instructions in preparing documents for the submission and felt really good with what we managed to achieve.
