I am writing this to express my appreciation for all your assistance in my Visa application. My husband and I would like to thank you so much for all the hard work in helping us to obtain permanent resident status in New Zealand. It was quite a long process and you always responded to my queries promptly and generously. Your professionalism, knowledge and determination were something that solved my worries, I felt well informed and confident about each step. My partner and I have been in a long distance relationship for 3 years and we have got our visa declined 2 times. When I approached James, I knew that he was a professional at what he is doing. He analysed the history of our relationship and guided us on the right path to applying for the suitable visa and prepared a very detailed checklist of documents needed to be provided to immigration. He had good communication with us and also had zoom calls to discuss how the process was going and answered all our questions, he was very supportive, encouraging and kind.( More like a good friend ).
