We were working with Cassandra Bish and she's been absolutely exceptional - highly professional, very deep knowledge of her area and light speed responses to the many emails in the process. She was very humane and patient with all our silly questions, did not miss any single detail (unlike all other parties) and saved us from quite a bit of trouble and extra expenses, helping us settle the house precisely on time and making sure we're not disadvantaged in any way. All this was topped with a very reasonable invoice, given how much support she provided. We will definitely be back again if the need arises and would be very pleased to recommend her services to anyone.

I was recommended to get in touch with this law firm when I was looking to buy a house in the area. Without a doubt that was the best recommendation I've ever received. Dejana was absolutely amazing. Incredibly professional and timely, as well as being very understanding, kind, and friendly. Her work was extremely thorough and her advise and knowledge was very valuable. To top it off, fees are very reasonable. Overall, deserves more than 5 stars.

We have recently bought a a property with the help at Kelly Flavell Law, specifically Solicitor Lizzy. Our case is kind of complicated and time-consuming but all sorted by Lizzy and her team. She has been absolutely amazing to deal with. She even identified a mistake on the LIM report needed to be revised that saved me a lot of trouble and money. Her supports and communication is excellent too and we are definitely satisfied with all the services. Good job very well done.

Kelly Flavell Law have helped me with a variety of both personal and business related legal matters. From Marriage Dissolution, through to Business Contracts. NB: They are just off the main street of Howick, Picton St, even though the NZ Post Office misleads with a listing of Mellons Bay (sigh!) which is some 2km away!
