I'm absolutely delighted with the service, communication and empathy for my situation from start to end with Norling Law. From the initial free half hour consult with mediator/senior solicitor Wendy Alexander through to paying the bill, the advice has been professional, honest and most importantly - I received from them, the review on the task I had set, in a timely manner. The resulting recommendations of how to move forward in my situation have made me feel that I've been so incredibly lucky to have seen their advert on my social media (who usually says that of adverts!) after having not pleasant experiences with 4 other Law firms. I approached Norling law regarding 2 legal matters that we decided to address in March 2018. After an initial free 1 hour consultation and 3 subsequent free 30 minute plus phone calls with Brent we decided to engage his firm to help resolve both matters. Xinan Zhang was my point of contact and primary lawyer . My frustration levels were pretty high in both matters which meant they were working with an impatient client. The 1st matter involved debt recovery from a client I had several times set up payment plans with never to see follow through. Within only a few weeks Xianan was able to get the client to agree to pay all outstanding owned monies in full plus legal fees. The 2nd matter was much more complex. Xianan and Brent laid out 2 options we could take to settle, the 1st costing $10,000 less in legal fees than the 2nd. Against Brent's recommendation I choose the 2nd more expensive option and asked him to proceed. Over the following weeks Xinan and Brent continued to let me know I could take the less expensive option at any time. After a couple weeks and several phone calls with Xinan I came around to think commercially and moved forward with their 1st recommendation and settled. Brent and Xianan put in the time and effort it took to get me thinking with my commercial hat to go with their 1st recommendation giving up an additional $10,000 in fees and possibly more down the road. The integrity this displayed says a lot about who they are as a firm. I have worked with both small and large law firms over the past 20 years. However, I’ve not encountered a firm as personable, communicative and aggressive as theirs. A highly professional team that delivers big firm outcomes with bespoke, personable, responsive service. We will use Norling Law for all legal work in the foreseeable future. A true 5 out of 5 service. Thanks Xinan and Brent.

After many sleepless nights after receiving a "shakedown letter" from a liquidator regarding a voidable preference, I contacted Brent to discuss my options. Within 24 hours Brent had handled the demand which resulted in nothing to pay to the Liquidator. Brent was very approachable, easy to deal with, responded quickly and is very knowledgeable in this area. If you ever have the misfortune of being a creditor for a company put into liquidation, I strongly recommend that you contact Brent for advice before supplying ANY information at all to the liquidator.

Recently we handed over a very complex case to Norling Law . None of the parties could speak English and the other party raised a significant number of counter- claims. Gotta be kidding me... Nobody gets almost all 5 star and then a massive pile of 1 star reviews that generally make no sense ... losers...
