Easy to find the building in Royal Oak. If you are coming from Three kings direction, entering into the road to park is onerous due to the amount of traffic after 3pm. However there is plenty of parking once you get past the traffic. The office appears sparse. In the small waiting area is a collection of older Law manuals ready to be read by any wishing to do so. Mr Podwin was not representing us, however, he seems approachable. As always lawyers do cost money. So if you qualify for legal aid it will be worth it.
