I have heard horror stories from colleagues that are purchasing homes (using different firms) and they've had nothing but trouble and a lack of communication.
I had the complete opposite experience with Kym and Godfreys law.
I found Kym so easy to work with. The whole process was so stressful for me (especially with the market) and she has been super responsive with really detailed replies. I was never made to feel like I was asking to many questions etc And made me feel at ease from start to finish.
