I was disappointed by the poor service and communication between staff, emails were not even being past on from the front desk to my lawyer, what's with that ? and the lack of communication with me till after i complained in writing. After that i must say i had the best service, i chose this lawyers firm after reading they took pride in their communication with customers. After my complaint everything happened professional and as requested. My lawyer was wonderful, once i bypassed the front desk sending all emails to my lawyer instead, I understood they were short of staff and over busy. In the end a very happy customer. Thank you guys.
