I emailed Craig on the weekend seeking urgent property advice and requesting to call him first thing on Monday morning. By the time I called him at 9am he had already reviewed the documents I had sent him and sought an additional report to help inform my decision. He was an excellent communicator, clearly explaining the issues to me and patiently answering all of my questions, drawing on his extensive knowledge of the Dunedin property market. He provided extremely timely and well-considered advice to inform my decision and helped me to avoid potential pitfalls.
