They are professional and make buying or selling such a breeze.
They know everything there is to know about selling or purchasing real-estate so I would (and do) happily recommend them to anyone.

J.I used this organization twice, first time amazing. Second time I had never sold house before and the receptionist had been sending info to the wrong address so ended up a night matter the day before settlement when Sue rang scaring/terrifying me terribly saying we had to return the forms I knew all about which had been sent to me. She explained we were up for huge expenses and it would affect house sale. Since the receptionist had sent it to wrong address I had no idea, and if my son hasn't been there it would have been disastrous for me. There was no real apologies initially and I was told it was all my fault and responsibility, and it was Stressful so be careful, don't know what you could do though to prevent this as I hadn't received and correspondence from her, so was unaware.

We will definitely be using these guys again for our property transactions in the future. Also just love the openness with the fixed fee pricing structure.
