Christine's communication style did not work for me. I was a beneficiary and executor of a Will who was blindsided by delays. For example, I am disappointed that Christine did not advise me as soon as paper work was rejected by the courts. Also, when I signed up with Chartwell Law, I had no idea Christine was going on holiday, for months, leaving me high and dry while the other beneficiary had full use of estate's property and bank accounts. I did not get enough information from Christine to wind up the estate. E-mails going unanswered for months? "These things take time"? Rather than badgering Chartwell Law, at my own expense, I employed another lawyer to learn about mediation and arbitration. I am a businessman and I paid my own accountant to help me understand the estate's accounts.
