100% satisfaction guarantee to LawHub service! I'd like to extend my gratitude to the team that worked really hard for the purchase of our first home. You guys are awesome! Special mention to my solicitor that helped me a lot, Ms. Joan Prado. She's always been kind and very accomodating to me. She is always open and didn't hesitate to answer my questions. Added to this, on our first meeting she managed to draw up the Sales and Purchase Agreement straight away. This helped us a lot as we have time constraint trying to speed up our purchase. Also, she is the type of person that always smile and you know from the first look that she's approachable, meaning you won't hesistate to ask silly questions. She doesn't have that intimidating personality for a solicitor. LawHub is lucky to have her in their team! I'd also like to commend Mr. Michael Welten. He is very efficient and was able to process all my documents in a speedy manner. In particular, he was able to keep his promise to me that he will do the invoice straight after our meeting. I did my reasearch of how much will it cost for solicitor fee in purchasing a property/first home. They charge me way less than what is on the market.
