J.I can honestly say using Legalpath for our recent house purchase was one of the best decisions we have made. Our first purchase attempt went pear shaped at the 11th hour and this team helped us get out of a potentially expensive situation. The second purchase attempt went smoothly and they provided information at every stage so we had a clear understanding of what we needed to do. Location wasn't an issue, we are on the South Island and there was still no hitches and they understood the issues of Christchurch/Canterbury homes.
